AI readiness

100/100

Being visible to AI is no longer a bonus — it is essential

ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Copilot now answer questions that once sent people to search engines. When an AI answer does not mention your company, you disappear at the moment a decision is made. nProjetos — a partner to micro and small businesses for more than a decade — needed its own website to stay ahead of this shift.

The new nProjetos home page: "Your customers are looking for you. AI needs to cite you."

The challenge

The website already converted well for human visitors, but it was built when being found meant ranking on Google. It lacked the layer AI systems use to understand, trust, and cite a business: semantic structure, structured data, and consistent metadata on every page.

What we did

We carried out a comprehensive optimization so AI bots could easily find and cite the website. We rewrote the content hierarchy into sections models can extract, implemented Schema.org across the website, standardized metadata, and allowed AI crawlers access — while keeping the experience clear for human readers.

  • AI access — crawlers and agents granted access and correctly identified
  • Content structure — semantic hierarchy designed for extraction
  • Schema and metadata — structured data and consistent tags on every page
  • Citability — information organized to become an answer, not just a search result

The result

An audit of the website's six main URLs gave nProjetos the maximum AI readiness score: 100/100, with full marks in every category assessed.

nProjetos AI readiness report: 100/100, with 20/20 for AI Access, Content Structure, Schema Presence, Metadata Quality, and Citability.

In practical terms, the website now speaks the language of AI. When someone asks an assistant about the services nProjetos offers, the company is ready to be the answer rather than a footnote.
