Do I own the code?
Yes. You receive the complete source code and documentation. You can maintain it, extend it or hand it to another team whenever you want.
Will it integrate with the tools I already use?
In most cases, yes. We assess integrations during the initial review: ERP, spreadsheets, email, WhatsApp and other tools with an API or data export.
Do I have to keep a support contract with you after delivery?
No. We offer support, hosting and ongoing development to anyone who wants them, but you can work with another provider or your own team. We do recommend having someone look after the system, whoever that is.
